K-pop boy band GOT7 will return with fresh music inspired by English poet/playwright William Shakespeare (1564-1616)'s romantic tragedy "Romeo and Juliet."

The seven-member act took to its official Twitter Monday to float a trailer for "NOT BY THE MOON." This is a lead track from the upcoming album "DYE," set for release on April 20, according to the group's agency JYP Entertainment.

The two-minute clip begins with a narrator saying, "Only to be generous and give it to you once more. But I'm wishing for something I already have. My generosity to you is as limitless as the sea, and my love is as deep. The more love I give you, the more I have. Both loves are infinite."

She adds, "Don't swear by the moon. The moon is always changing. Every month its position in the sky shifts." The remark is from Act 2 of "Romeo and Juliet," a tale of two star-crossed lovers in 16th century Italy.

While the narrator unfolds her story, the septet pens a letter on a carriage against the backdrop of the Middle Ages. The members then collect their letters together, which gradually turn into a book titled "NOT BY THE MOON."

"The singers have successfully created a romantic mood in the video, which reminds people of a classical novel," JYP said in a statement, Monday.

GOT7, comprising Mark, JB, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam and Yugyeom, debuted with the mini-album "Got it?" in 2014. Its latest release "Call My Name" was dropped in November.
